Contract Description

Our client was looking to convert this extensive property into a place of worship for the incoming tenant. Our client’s budget required a cost effective yet efficient solution in order to achieve a guaranteed, watertight building. Our initial survey of the roof exposed a very fragile roof with broken asbestos sheets and multiple leaks on the box gutters. Exall was able to propose an overlay with new profiled plastisol coated steel sheets and mineral wool insulation, leaving the existing Asbestos cement sheets in-situ. In addition all box gutters were re-lined with Sika-Trocal single ply system.
