Mastic Asphalt can be used for a wide range of roofing applications but due to its durability and longevity it's most commonly used for steps and walkways. When installed correctly by trained professionals, Asphalt systems require little maintenance and can last over 40 years.

Built-up felt systems are cost effective and popular systems for all type of roof applications, although they are slowly being replaced by PVC single ply systems which are arguably more aesthetically pleasing. We work with most of the well known felt manufacturers such as IKO, Soprema & Icopal.

One of the more popular products that we install to a wide range of larger client & commercial properties including Universities & Hospitals. Single Ply systems are aesthetically pleasing and useful for a variety of applications. We work with Sika-Trocal & IKO Armourplan and all systems are fully warranted to the manufacturer.

We also offer an emergency attendance service and our engineers are on standby 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

An increasingly popular service which enables us to survey taller buildings which would be expensive to scaffold. Our drone equipment is able to photograph in 4K resolution, resulting in crystal clear images of your roof. Our reports are also offered with issue mapping making it easier to identify the location of leaks.

We are able to offer independant roof integrity testing to a majority of flat roof systems and types. We use some of the latest wet and dry testing equipment and each test service comes completed with a full photographic report and schedule of defects.
