The task involved a complete overclad of their deteriorating asbestos-cement roof, spanning an impressive 2,500 square meters. By overlaying the failing roof with a new, robust cladding system, we ensured the building’s structural integrity was preserved while enhancing its thermal efficiency and weather resistance. Additionally, we replaced the existing gutters with a high-performance SikaPlan single-ply gutter system, complete with a 20-year manufacturer-backed warranty. This comprehensive upgrade provided Vanguard with a cost-effective and minimally disruptive solution, ensuring their operations continued seamlessly in a safe and modernized environment.
