Electronic leak detection is a non-invasive method of testing a roof for defects and identify water ingress points. Our equipment is easily able to identify the smallest of defects (as small as a pin hole) on single ply, felt, asphalt and other non-conductive waterproofing membranes.
Test & Repair
Our test and repair service does exactly what it says on the tin. Firstly our engineers will use our ELD equipment to identify the different leak points on the roof, supplying the customer with a photographic report upon completion. We are then able to supply the customer with a schedule of works along with a quotation for the remedial works.

Our Equipment
We use the Dry Roof Pro2 which is manufacturered by Buckleys. The DRP2 allows us to test large areas of roof material in a short period of time, making this a cost effective solution for the customer.
Typical Applications
Our leak detection requires a dry roof area, so unfortunately it is weather dependant. There are various applications where the test can be carried out, including; flat roofs, balconies, walkways, commercial gutters & any other non-conductive waterproofing membrane. Unfortunately our ELD test is not compatible with EPDM roofs.
